I’m Nawaj Sharif, an Engineering Team Lead with 4+ years of experience building web applications, backend systems, admin panels, and scalable APIs. I still write and review code daily, but my strength is connecting solid technical work to clear delivery: structured, reliable, and maintainable systems that teams can own.
I guide work from requirements and database design through development, APIs, business flows, and deployment—supporting developers with clarity, pairing with stakeholders, and keeping execution predictable. I care about mentoring, pragmatic solutions, and sustainable pace.
I continue to grow in React, Python, FastAPI, Docker, and modern deployment practices so I can coach the team on stronger, end-to-end engineering habits.
